Assistant Director - Childcare ( perks and benefits)
We are looking for a competent Assistant Director to support
day to day operating and programming assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for department working with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations and work flow ensure compliance with State OCDEL regulations, internal policies and procedures, elrc, Keystone Stars, and trying together monitoring attainment of objectives staff and child files. * undertake staffing responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluationing, etc)
Must be well-versed in performance and operations management and competent in assuming delegated duties. Leader, critical thinker, tidy, ready to solve problems before they become obstacles.
